PrimeXBT iOS Walkthrough: Explore The New Native App

One of the hallmarks of a reputable trading platform, is a fully functional mobile application that offers users an experience that’s nearly on par with anything the traditional web-based browser experience can provide.

PrimeXBT is an award-winning trading platform with some of the most powerful and advanced trading solutions around, but until recently, the only way to access the entire breadth of what’s available, users had to use the website directly. As of recently, that is no longer the case, with PrimeXBT releasing an all-new native iOS application that makes the entire user journey from start to finish more fluid. It also means that users can manage their positions and tap into global markets from anywhere in the world.

To get a better look at what the all new native iOS application offers, here is an in-depth walkthrough with additional information on what tools are available.

Get Started: Sign Up, Sign In, And Get Secure

Since this is a walkthrough, we don’t want to make any assumptions about the user, and if they already have an account with PrimeXBT. The app lets users register in a few clicks with just an email address and a location, or log right in with your personal login details to be redirected to an app-specific Home screen.

For app-level protection, users can set a four-digit PIN or even set up biometric authentication options built directly into the iOS device, such as Face ID or Touch ID. These options enhance account security beyond the already offered compulsory address whitelisting, two-factor authentication, and much more. The platform is also designed with bank-grade security infrastructure.

There Is No Place Like Home

The Home screen is the most important section of the app and contains the most vital intel about wallets, balances, margin accounts, Covesting accounts, and more. Clicking on an individual wallet will prompt a user to make a deposit or withdrawal to a BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC account.

COV (ERC-20) utility tokens also may be deposited. Deposits can also be made separately in a dedicated section to the right of the Trade tab.

Margin And Making Money

Margin accounts set up in BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC can be monitored and managed. What does margin mean, you ask? Margin is, essentially, account capital taken on collateral that can be multiplied using leverage for trading. Leverage amplifies the profit potential and risk to any trade by allowing traders to use much larger position sizes than what the capital would otherwise allow for.

In the wrong hands, margin trading can result in an entire loss of capital. In the right hands, this type of condensed risk can keep capital safer and bolster profitability and capital growth. For those that don’t know how to do this on their own, there are also Covesting accounts which can be monitored from the Home section.

Covesting Accounts Included, More Features On The Way

There are many different types of Covesting accounts. Strategy managers enlist on fully transparent global leaderboards with the goal of gaining followers and allowing them to copy their trades. Followers can put capital behind strategy managers by following them, taking some of the hard work and stress out of investing and trading. Copy traders can sit back, and watch their profits grow, only needing to pick the right strategy manager, and monitor their progress toward profitability.

In the future, the native iOS app will include full Covesting support, including the ability to create a new strategy, or manage followings. The app will also eventually include new Covesting yield accounts, which offer up to a 13% APY on idle crypto assets staked using a secure connection to top DeFi protocols directly from within the PrimeXBT dashboard.

Tap For 24/7 Customer Support Chat

At the top of the Home section, there is also a button to tap and access 24/7 live customer support, transaction and transfer history, and profile and account settings.

Next, navigating to the Trade tab brings up a margin account system that can be swiped through to reach a markets watchlist with all trading instruments and pairs; a chart section with price information, intervals, and indicators; a way to manage all positions within a trading portfolio; and to review all current orders on wait and ready to fill.

Always Expanding List Of Assets

The list of trading instruments is always expanding, with PrimeXBT recently adding Cardano, Chainlink, XRP, Uniswap, Polkadot, Solana, and Dogecoin, which joined other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, and Litecoin. Digital assets, despite the sheer size, represent only a small share of what’s available all from a single account. In addition to cryptocurrencies, PrimeXBT offers trading contracts on stock indices, forex currencies, gold, silver, and commodities like oil and natural gas.

Using margin accounts and leverage, traders can long and short any of these global markets to build a strategic and highly diverse portfolio. Only with PrimeXBT are all these assets, tools, and trading solutions available under one roof, and all on one native iOS app.

Bug Bounty Program And Downloading The App

The native iOS application is available in the Apple App Store for download on iOS immediately and the developers are planning an Android version in the future. There are only a few days left in the launch phase bug bounty program, which offers up to $10,000 to users who report bugs. Rewards are offered in the order in which they were reported, as well as based on severity.

PrimeXBT has shared a guide on their official company blog that includes more information on how to participate in the bug bounty program and what type of reports are encouraged. Users are also urged to leave positive feedback in the Apple App Store if no bugs or issues are experienced to help spread the word about what the brand new app offers the trading community.

Download the app today to access an award-winning, one-of-a-kind trading platform with the most advanced features around – now available anywhere in the world from your smartphone device.
